Senior AP At Enova by Veolia

 Enova by Veolia is seeking a Senior AP .

**Objectives of this Role:**

1- Ensure adherence of the team with financial policies and procedures set out by line manager.
2- Monitor and review on daily & monthly basis the costs to control and rectify any errors or irregular transactions before the agreed timelines.
3- Assist to Ensure accuracy and adherence with Company timelines for monthly financial reporting. Prepare, review and submit Prepayments, Accruals
4- Review of daily & monthly cost project financials with Line manager for all projects individually. Making sure that project financials reflect the current status of project.
5- Ensure full compliance with IAS/IFRS and maintain consistency relating to Accounts payable section.
6- Support the proper completion of external and internal audit engagements in a timely manner.
7- Ensure timely payments for VAT, Payroll Tax, Withholding Tax, Income tax, Social insurance & contractual insurance.
8- Reviewing the monthly project cost with Line manager, communicate and justify any major variance.
9- Provide the Chief Accountant with any data & reports on a timely basis.
10- Update all related balance sheet schedules on monthly basis, upload to the shared drive, and signed

 wherever required as per closing timelines.
**Must have technical/professional qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree & equivalent business experience; professional accounting qualification is preferred. – ACCA / CMA / CPA.
- 6-8 years –AP/Vendor management & Projects Control experience would be big advantage.
