Responsibilities:
- Post jobs and manage recruitment activities .
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Specialist or Recruiter.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment best practices
