Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
• Assist customers in selecting suitable gifts and products
• Explain basic product features.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at the cashier
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Refill shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Support inventory receiving, tagging, and stocking
• Handle customer questions and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines

Education

University student or university graduate (any field)

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Basic to good English language skills
• Ability to work full-time, including shifts and weekends
• Ability to stand for long hours and handle light lifting
