Job Description
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Support crisis management and reputation monitoring on social channels.
  • Assist in the development of social media guidelines and policies for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign planning, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective social media initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for clear, engaging messaging.
  • Proven ability to create compelling and audience-focused content across different platforms.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and preparing performance reports to guide improvements.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required to manage content and communication effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis.
