Confidential, Basic Salary + Semi - annual commissions ( 4% in USD Dollars )



Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing day-to-day translation projects, serving as primary contact between suppliers, direct and end client. • Define project scope with customer.
  • Define project plan with inter and external teams.
  • Prepare project materials according to customer's requirements.
  • File preparation in coordination with the L.E teams.
  • Coordinating and managing delivery of multiple translation projects to clients ensuring quality and service always meet expectations.
  • Following define project implementation process utilizing business defined tools, applications and templates.
  • Follow up on Project implementation progress and raise timely flags for any deviations ensuring proper customer alignment
  • Run QA process according to customer's defined quality matrix.
  • Effectively communicating with clients, linguists and colleagues with ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Timely & Accurate reporting of Customer POs to accounting teams and working closely to resolve any issues
  • Attending meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.
  • Evaluation and tracking of Resources performance.
  • Timely issuing of Vendors POs
  • Always up to date with customer needs and forecasts • Manage customer relationship integration.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, languages, business administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the translation, localization, or language services industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client requirements.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
