- Compensation10,000 EGP / month (full-time)
- About the Role We’re hiring a full-time Data Entry Specialist to help run our day-to-day order operations.
- You’ll monitor incoming orders,
- keep item/order statuses updated (bought, shipped, delivered, etc.)
- , and complete online checkouts on behalf of the company.
- This role is detail-heavy and requires someone dependable and organized.
- Responsibilities Monitor incoming orders throughout the day Update order/item status accurately (purchased, shipped, delivered, returned, etc.)
- Track order details in Excel (basic spreadsheets, updates, status logs) Complete online checkouts on behalf of the company following provided instructions Flag issues quickly (out of stock, price changes, shipping problems, missing info)
Requirements
- Reasonable English (reading and writing) Experience using Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate) Available full-time and responsive during working hours Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear processes Nice to Have (Not Required) Prior experience with e-commerce orders or operations Familiarity with Google Sheets
