Job Description

• We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The primary responsibility will be recording sales invoices and following up on customer accounts with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily sales invoices in the accounting system.
• Review invoices and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up on customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Prepare simple periodic reports for management.
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Assist with daily accounting tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Punctual, disciplined, and well-organized.
• Professional and respectful communication style.
• Ability to work under pressure when needed.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous experience or exposure to eCommerce businesses.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon or Noon.
