About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused people to join our team as Customer Service Specialists. In this role, you’ll be helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every interaction ends on a positive note.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering customer questions and providing support
- Resolving issues in a calm, professional, and friendly way
- Communicating clearly and confidently over the phone
- Making customers feel heard, valued, and supported
- Working closely with your team to deliver great service
Who Can Apply?
- Fresh graduates & dropouts are welcome!
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Fluent English is required (B2/C1 level)
- Ability to work night & overnight shifts
