We’re Hiring | IT Specialist 
GTCI Energy & Infrastructure is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our team and support mission-critical energy and infrastructure projects through reliable, secure technology solutions.
Role Highlights:
Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and networks
Install, configure, and maintain systems and devices
Monitor network performance, security, and backups 
Troubleshoot IT issues and support both office and field teams
Assist with IT upgrades, infrastructure projects, and vendor coordination
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
1–3 years of IT support or systems experience (experience in construction or engineering is a plus)
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused mindset
Cybersecurity awareness, including patching, antivirus, and data protection
