What You’ll Do
- Support our customers through phone, chat, and email in both English and Arabic
- Answer questions, solve problems, and make sure customers have a good experience
- Follow clear guidelines and use tools to help customers quickly and correctly
What We Offer
- Base salary: 15,000 EGP gross (around 12,250 EGP net)
- Language allowance: up to 7,000 EGP gross (around 4,250 EGP net) based on English & Arabic level
- Performance bonus: up to 70% of your base salary
- Top performers can earn up to 33,000 EGP gross (around 27,000 EGP net)
- Paid training: 3 weeks in the office
- Nesting period:3 weeks handling real customers cases while receiving close support
- Work location: The Greek Campus, Downtown Cairo (work from home available for consistent performers past probation)
What We’re Looking For
- You speak and write clearly in both Arabic and English (B2 level or above in English)
- You’re comfortable with rotational shifts and can work from the office
- You’re helpful, calm under pressure, quick to learn, and take your work seriously.
