Job Description
Overview:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills & Technologies:
  • We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in customer service principles and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with CRM software and data entry is also highly desirable.

  • Technical: Familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
