ماجد الفطيم (1934 - 2021) هو رجل أعمال وملياردير إماراتي بارز، ومؤسس "مجموعة ماجد الفطيم" عام 1992. تُعد مجموعته الرائدة في مجال مراكز التسوق، التجزئة، والترفيه في الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وآسيا، وتدير أصولاً ضخمة مثل "مول الإمارات" و"مول مصر"، بالإضافة إلى الرخصة الحصرية لتشغيل "كارفور" في المنطقة.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop and ensure implementation of online content for specific category for the online platform.
• Produce content for online platform to ensure products to include descriptions, price, scheduled delivery, origin, and ingredients, as relevant.
• Ensure all content for the respective category on the online platform is updated, relevant and published in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze the progress of the different products available on the online platform for the respective category to ensure that low in demand, out of stock or unavailable products are unpublished.
• Manage the online presence of product categories and associated promotional campaigns and provide insights to management for existing and prospective customers.
• Gather information related to products from the Merchandising Department and suppliers to ensure that content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Review and update the content developed prior to publication on digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of content designed.
• Develop understanding of the various target audiences for promotional initiatives and tailor the content and communication style based on customer segmentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in E- Commerce or Business Administration.
• 1 -2 years of experience in website content creation and management, with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Sound understanding of social media channels and developing online content for different platforms.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of problem-solving skills and detailed oriented.
