Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring daily cash balances and bank accounts.
- Process bank transfers, payments, and deposits.
- Prepare payment instructions and ensure proper approvals.
- Maintain records of treasury transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing cash flow reports and treasury summaries.
- Support bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks regarding transactions and account matters.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury (internships acceptable).
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
