What you´ll do

• Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain order status, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
• Create returns, free of charge orders, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in order management and documentation processes.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or any relevant study.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Highly detail-oriented and focused candidates with a demonstrated interest in operations and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Very good in time-management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluent English speaker (French is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) SAP is a plus.
