Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Record, track, and reconcile all incoming payments related to services.
Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate invoices for logistics services, ensuring timely client payments.
Cost Control & Analysis: Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with internal records to maintain accurate cash balances.
Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to VAT, customs duties, and other tax regulations; prepare required filings.
Audit Support: Maintain organized financial records and assist during internal and external audits.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure proper cost and revenue allocation.
Data Accuracy: Maintain precise financial records in the accounting system.
Customer Accounts: Track e-invoices and e-receipts, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of customer payments, credit notes, and invoices.
Communication: Engage with clients regarding due payments, overdue balances, and account statements.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the logistics sector.
Knowledge: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
