About this Position

In this role, you will focus on maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for our products. You will work with technical teams to update product information, manage translations, and ensure all TDS are consistent, compliant, and easily accessible.


What you´ll do

• Supporting Product Developers, Application engineers and internal stakeholders with preparation of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) – Manuals for Adhesive products.
• Creation, conversion and maintenance of TDS.
• Coordination of translation process of master TDS to other languages.
• Participation on ad-hoc projects related to TDS process.
• Responsibility for keeping track of the timing, reminding stakeholders to deliver their input.

What makes you a good fit

• University or College education – technical or chemical background is NOT required.
• At least one year of previous working experience (administration, coordination, etc.)
• Active level of English language (verbal and written) – communication with stakeholders on daily basis.
• Knowledge of standard office applications – MS Excel, Outlook.
• Analytical thinking, patience and independence.
• Process and detail-oriented personality.
• Solid communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
