Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and support sales growth.
• Help manage the brand positioning of My Way and its sub-brands across all channels.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation to engage with consumers effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaigns.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Contribute to the creation of visually appealing presentations using MS Office Suite and Canva.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field; internships are welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Canva for presentations.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret basic market data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
