Description -To perform an on-going analysis of the raised triggers that would give early warning signals on a potential weakness occurred of SME Banking obligors. The involvement will be in conjunction with the RMs / COs in the SME Banking credit monitoring Process Manual. - Proactively identify credit weaknesses based on various early warning tools / reports. - Utilize early warning tools such as: review of reports, public data, customer interaction and customer visits, etc - Assist in tracking of key industry verticals and benchmarking of portfolio on an on-going basis in addition to review of internal reports such as account conducts-throughputs %-collateral monitoring- etc. - Conduct periodic customer visits, as well as ; interacting with trade / industry associations, meeting peer group companies and tracking key business indicators - Co-ordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) / Credit Officers (Cos) to proceed with the proper credit decision through reports like; throughput requirement, overdue reports, collateral trending; highlight on potentially problematic accounts/customer segments - Conduct an Early Warning status Report review, on its basis EWO recommends the classification or upgrade of obligors on the list and action plan, if a classification is required.
Qualifications - University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics. - Preferably performed a proper training including at least core credit course
