Description 1)Performing activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing desk side computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop and laptop computers, tablets, smartphones, printers, network devices, standard software. 2)Provide 1st line support to our end users located in company. 3)Directed and supervised by IT manager for basic troubleshooting and repair to more difficult device repair. 4)Performing user training if needed. 5)Participate in simple server tasks like manage users,computers in active directory. 6)Maintain PBX and keep the maximize benefit of current facility. 7)Maintain LOW current activities in the company.
Qualifications 1) Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as communication engineering or computer science. Exceptional having another degree but mid-range IT background is required. 2) Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Microsoft is plus. 3) 2 to 3 years system administration experience.
