Description — implementing and following up daily operational aspects of all issues related to the PDPs Youth Measure, as well as, internal and external communication of the overall Programme — processing technical aspects and further developing the PDPs new Youth Measure (Developing Local Capacities through Youth-led Social Projects) — assisting project/programme initiatives to provide professional advisory services to and cooperate with a broad range of target groups — innovation and knowledge management with regard to the PDPs Youth Measure — ensuring that the Youth Measure runs smoothly
Qualifications • B.A. with Honours or higher in social sciences (i.e. sociology, political science, development studies, social work or international relations) •experience with social entrepreneurship, incubation, female mentorship, gender mainstreaming

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills •very good working knowledge of IT technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office) •experience running projects is an asset •excellent communication and organisational skills •capacity to work well in a team and to work under pressure •willingness to upscale as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management
