Description Operation Interface: -In charge of document reception and file opening. -Responsible for ensuring all requested documents are retrieved from clients. -Follow up operations with the field agents, and also handles quotes requests and invoicing. -Control the clearance drafts before effective validation. -Act as the main link with local customs, and intervene to solve any custom related issue. -Manage the airfreight imports & export operations team to ensure operations excellence to customers from both the airfreight imports & export break-bulk team and the airfreight imports & export operation team.
Qualifications Previous Experience with Freight/Shipping/Courier Industries.
