Description — Manage one of the main HR centers of excellence (Staffing, C&B, OD) besides involvement in other HR functions. — Assist the Regional HR Director in building a modern people function based on international good practice. — Assist in, analyze and execute new HR projects/initiative as and when assigned. — Prepare, forecast and monitor HR budget.
Qualifications • Minimum 6 years’ experience in either Recruitment, Training, OD or C&B, preferably with the ICT sector covering a number of countries in the MENA region • An ambitious Section Head aspiring to assume an HR Manager role. • Formal education inn HR from a recognized institution • Advanced MS Excel skills • Experience with a recognized HRIS • Solid English and Arabic writing skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines • Ability to organize and distinguish confidential data
