Description produce daily report of the work done conduct tool box talks of the works guide the technicians in trouble shooting good knowledge of permits & work order systems spares availability to be checked and maintained Test the accuracy of all controllers and adjust if required. — Trouble shoot of all instruments at field and control room. — Remove defective instrument in safe manner for repair and replace defective parts if needed. — Reassemble instrument and replace instrument in the plant using hand tools. — Check and replace defective wiring and tubing. — Calibrate all instruments according to standard and adjust reading to ensure accuracy. — Prepare material request for parts and components of all instruments used in the plant. — Files all calibration reports and makes written reports of all repair works performed. — Perform periodic preventative maintenance for all instrument in the plant. — Should have the knowledge of the safe use of a wide variety of hand and power tools, electronic and electric test equipment are related to field and shop work Calibration of H2S LEL dectors coordinate & interact with the team during trouble shooting .
Qualifications Diploma or ITI in instrumentation Minimum 7 years experience Computer professioncy
