Description Primary Tasks: A. Essential: µ Prepare a proposed plan for the arranging the document control and correspondence between the owner, the company and the subcontractors and get the Technical Office Approval to be implemented during the project. µ Study the contract and its specifications, procurement request requests of contract and appropriations. µ Survey items quantities before the implementation phase. µ Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented work to prepare the Project and Subcontractor Interim Payment. µ Preparation of follow-up report and its conformity with the time schedule. µ Preparation of Implementation plan. µ Review drawings submitted by the consultant before the implementation phase. µ Follow-up drawings amendments during the implementation process. µ Preparation for the project final drawing ” As Built
Qualifications Performance Expectations: · Full review of drawing and editing necessary edition. · Accurate calculation for the quantity survey. · Accurate preparation for Interim Payment. · Accurate Preparation for following up reports for implemented works. Education, Skills, Experience required: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineer. · Minimum 03-07 years experience in the same field · Aware of Computer designing program as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop · English Language. · Communication Skills. · Time Management Skills · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date. · Ability to work under pressure.
