Description Prospecting for new clients via telephone, networking, trade shows, and more. Engaging prospects by identifying their needs, presenting solutions, and building trust. Generating business to set sales goals to ensure quotas are met. Negotiating and closing sales utilizing proven closing techniques. Identifying and reaching key decision makers. Outdoors presentations to companies and organizations. Finding and overcoming common prospect objections and asking for the sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone Contributing to marketing plans and activities. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Gathering market and customer information; and track competitors pricing & market movement.
Qualifications Bachelors / College Degree of Any degree subject is acceptable. Able to make cold calls and prospecting for new business. Excellent sales, persuasive, and negotiation skills. Expert in converting lead into client. Organized, thorough, detail-oriented, great follow-through skills. Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to do quality work under tight deadlines. Self-starter, Initiative, drive and enthusiasm. Good planning and organizational skills. The ability to work calmly under pressure. Problem solving Skills. Ability to handle multiple functions.
