- Comparing between subcontractors offers according to the existing budget. - Negotiating with subcontractors to fulfill projects targets and do closing deals yet maintaining the subcontractors necessary profit to be able submit the works and ensuring that Subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations. - Follow up and overcome the subcontractors compliance. - Prepares & review purchase requisitions, transportation and delivery documents, and related letters or memos. - Arrange vendor contracts, bargaining for best costs, and observes quality of purchased materials. - Responsible for handling construction sites material needs, handling requested purchase order and overlooking, managing and performing material purchases from various partners, suppliers and dealers. - Purchases included and not limited to small tools and utilities, power materials and cables, cars, steel, wood materials, furniture and furnishing utilities, hydraulics and bathroom and kitchen materials. - Monitor potential stock out caused by delivery delay etc. and take necessary actions to ensure availability of product.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in a suitable field. - Must have 4:7 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement fields.
