- Drive service sales in the field of localization, international logistic services from clients in Europe and USA through cold-calling and E-Mail communication. - Drive service sales in the field of training from Egypt and the Gulf area - Hunt and gather new clients based on current database of leads and new leads generated by the leads generation team. - Manage all sales activities in his/her specified region that includes his own quota and also any other activities to keep customer satisfaction at its highest rate. - Identify, contact leads, Initiate and develop a strong relationship with clients. - Add customer information into our CRM system and update information regularly with activities related to his/her own clients. - Achieve agreed upon sales target on a quarterly basis. - Present regular reports and other related performance feedback to managers. - Follow up on sales pipelines as agreed inside the company.
Qualifications - Fluency in English is a must. - 3+ years’ experience selling service-based solutions preferably. - Outstanding verbal communication & interpersonal skills. - Strong listening skills - Able to accept rejections and objections over the phone. - Excellent in using Internet, Windows applications, and office applications. - Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
