• Inspect and review Advertisement layouts , sketches or plans. • Develop materials and interact with clients to deliver the companys messages to the public and the media. • Work with the Sales team to generate campaign ideas. •Oversees the department’s head costs estimates of campaigns. • Serves as a liaison between the client and the advertising agency. • Responsible for the administrative functions related to communication team. • Follow up on the implementation and proper display of outdoor campaigns and ads. • Coordinate work between the marketing team and other departments. • Archiving contracts and ensures all events activities are properly excused. • Schedule meetings with Advertising agencies and generate new advertising ideas. • Edit all promotional materials prior to distribution • Administrative duties such as meeting coordination and production timeline development • Receive invoices and follow up payments.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills • Ability to work and handle customers under stress and meet deadlines. • Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications specially Photoshop. • The ability to communicate fluently in English language.
