Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality objectives. • Develop and distribute various communications including reports, project updates and project statuses for client facing, senior management, committee and regulatory agencies. • Daily interaction with vendors, liaising internally across the organization including field, sites and stores, lead and facilitate work stream project teams across functions and multiple business units. • Create, develop, monitor and execute project plans, tracking all aspects of initiatives, including sub-projects, inter-dependencies, milestones, risks, contingency plans, and project resources. • Identify and analyze business objectives and translate them into functional requirements with clearly articulated benefits; document business processes, both current and future state. • Use control measurements to analyze and evaluate the quality standards and processes and compare quality control measurements against established control limits and tolerances and identify non-compliance and reasons for that. • Suggest corrective and preventive actions and recommend quality improvements (through sending change requests being applied to the quality management plan). • Validate procedures for fault elimination and review the results of corrective actions and produce quality control reports.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Electronic Engineering with minimum 10 years related active experience, 3-5 years project management experience, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Also preferred experience in corporate compliance programs including risk assessments, testing and monitoring, training, policy and procedure development and the process for implementing • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and driving results across large matrixed teams under tight deadlines. • Six Sigma and/or demonstrated process improvement expertise a plus. . • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task. • Strong analysis, decision-making and logic skills.
