• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members. • Manage workforce planning to organize and lead workload/call activities to ensure we meet and/or exceed appropriate service levels. • Provides expertise and customer service support to associates and customers. • Identifies and resolves day to day operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment. • Understand our products and business rules to recognize and communicate requirement to represent Customer Care processes and customers. • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing fast and accurate responses, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. • Provides communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions. • Provide excellent customer service that adds value and builds customer loyalty. Through effective customer engagement. • Understand and maintain knowledge of overall Company objectives/strategy, embodying the Company Vision and Values.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree of business administration or any suitable discipline. • Minimum 7 – 10 years experience of customer service, preferred in fashion retail or related customer service field. • Very good command of English language. • Strong attention to details and computer skills. • Ability to work to tight timescales to meet quality and performance targets. • Ability to deal with a wide range of customer enquiries and opportunities.
