•Prepare quotes extracted from Microsoft different Pricelists (OLP and Enterprise,•Fully understand Microsoft Licensing, •Prepare Operation reports with details on sales , profit,•Prepare presentations on Unit progress, •Perform presentations on Microsoft Licensing and updated reviews to Sales Persons, •Collect date and enter it correctly and update it regularly •Review exams needed for competencies •Set SAT survey for our customers •Get Customer References •Update MCP linked and add new •Assist customers through managing their licenses •Assist customers through product activations •Prepare and send marketing emails to customers
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree from a reputable university. - 2-4 Years of experience Skills, Abilities, Physical Demands: -Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. -Demonstrate high energy in tackling challenging goals. -Self-motivated; results oriented. -Capable of multitasking and be an effective time manager. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Very good communications skills
