1.Support sales team on proposal and solutions to customer 2.Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties 3.Meet customer to understand user requirements and come out with proposal 4.Prepare solution proposal 5.Generate bill of materials , solution diagram ,solution description 6.Support sales in tendering and bidding process 7.Customers presentations and clarifications 8.Maintain and enhance suppliers relationships 9.Site Survey
Qualifications 1- Technical knowledge in enterprise servers , storage solution , backup and recovery solution , Preferred certification from brand manufacturers ( DELL , HP , EMC2 , FUJITSU)printers, Scanners) 2-Excellent interpersonal , presentation skills 3.Positive in learning 4.Perfect English language skills 5.Experience not less than 3 years as pre-sales 6.Bachelor of Engineering

Document network problems and resolution for future reference in CRM. 8. Monitor system performance and implements performance tuning.
