-Monitor drivers to ensure a professional appearance and on time performance. -Follow the safety, health and security measures to ensure the safety of transport, drivers and product. -Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking transportation vehicles. -Implement schedule or policy changes for transportation services. -Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent approved budgets. -Analyze expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, polices, or budgets for increasing profits or improving services. -Plan or implement energy saving changes to transportation services. -Develop or implement plans to improve transportation services control to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of transportation services. -Develops and maintenance outside vendor and services provider relationships. -Analyzes trip delays and implements changes to process to save time. -Monitors driver attendance, documents violations, prepares infraction notices. -Responds to accidents and conducts accident investigations including all required reports.
Qualifications - Bsc Degree in any related Field. - Good with Excel, Word & Outlook. - Experience at least 3 years.
