• Handle the local purchasing necessities with special focus on the maintenance and stationary ones. • Negotiate and close contracts in accordance with the executive manager. • Analyze and evaluate current and potential suppliers in consideration of the internal quality and cost requirements. • Assist the executive manager in preparing the decision of new suppliers. • Provide and evaluate information about relevant price trends and developments on the procurement markets and, if necessary, adjust the purchasing concepts and take measures in accordance with the executive manager. • Ensure the total administration and documentation of processes in purchasing (contracts, invoices, master data, conditions, etc.)
Qualifications • A bachelor degree in any relevant discipline; Commerce graduates are preferable. • 0-1 year of experience in the purchasing field. • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Preferably residents of 6th of October and Giza
