1. The payroll distribution of his staff on production lines in different shifts and approved by the Director of Administration. 2. review the acts of the administrators and monitors quality belonging to him daily, and submit a report thereon to the Director of Quality Control Department. 3. ensure the completion of the examination of raw materials and equipment and production requirements before they enter the different production lines to know the administrators and monitors the quality of raw materials, and watching himself and with his subordinates production processes and to obtain samples from different stages of production described later, and even full production out so as to make sure they conform to the specifications and raise the appropriate recommendations in case of a defect in this specification. 4. review the validity certificates and submit to the Director of Administration for approval. 5. discuss quality problems within the scope of his work with the production departments concerned and propose appropriate solutions. 6. puts performance evaluation for employees under his reports and submit to the Director of Administration for review. 7. depends holidays and overtime for workers under his leadership in the limits of the powers conferred upon him. 8. including the cost of doing other work on the nature of his work and function. - Business Administration-quality raw materials from the stores monitor and ensure compliance with the required specifications, as well as monitor the various production processes and ensure their commitment to the limits of accuracy and operating instructions even out finished products
Qualifications High-qualified (Bachelor of Engineering / Science) * Practical experience of (6:12) years in production, planning and control in the field of fiberglass industries. * Fluency in English Proficiency. * Good command of CNC. * Medically fit for the job
