Description 1-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual and monthly sales quota. 2-assists in developing long term strategies and leads implementation to achieve companys business targets. 3-list details of properties for sales and arrange for the advertisement of properties. 4-provides leadership for stuff through effective communication of vision , active coaching and development and taking appropriate corrective action. 5-advise on merits of properties and terms of sale. 6-identify and develop potential market and opportunities.
Qualifications - minimum 3 years of experience in real estate field in a leading position - strong interpersonal skills - good command of English language

Compensations negotiable fixed salary+ high commission rate medical and social insurance provided mobile allowance
