Description -Responsible for day to day site inspections of technical project execution. -Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure all operational works are run smoothly and compliance with approved contract documents, designed drawings, specification, budget and time plane. -Accurately inventorying to job site and ensuring that the supplies are properly maintained. -Daily reporting about progress, non-compliance, delay in work to the technical manager. -Analyze and interpret reports on labor, productivity, quality, materials and performance on site. -Identify and highlight possible risk on projects. -Coordination for verification of extra claims raised by the client, if any.
Qualifications -Civil Engineering educational background with 3 to 5 years Experience as Site Engineer in constructions, or trade contracting companies. -Very good English Langauage. -Communication Skills. -Teamleader -Problem solving. international rules and -Have knowledge of regulation related to the field of discipline and familiar with the prevailing standard and codes.
