Description Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users . Resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions. Responsible for administration and internal support of the Companys PCs, printers, and related. Assist with on boarding of new users. Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any additional specialized equipment. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses. Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Qualifications 3 years of experience

Education major Computer Science
Experience 1 - 2 Years.
