Description Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees etc. on monthly basis for each department .Assess and evaluate company organization behavior to take the initiatives to design and develop programs for effective and fruitful organization behavior and Communication .execute job analysis system including questionnaire are methodology used (one to one interview and observation )Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments .Develop each position key performance indicators, objectives ,matrix and authority, manpower planning for existing jobs, reporting lines ,career path ‡etc Recommends appropriate training programs and development activities to improve organizational effectiveness. Develop annual training plan and budget through the performance management system and TNA .Manage the overall training and performance management process. Present reports to senior HR & Admin Manager to ensure his full awareness of the organization capabilities and objectives. Maintain the succession planning and career path policies and procedures to ensure staffing of key positions.
Qualifications At least 3 years experiences in recruiting , Performance Management and development ,Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related filed prefer with an HR Diploma. Industrial field background is preferred.
