Description Planning the daily work schedule according to the given plan and implementing this schedule accordingly. 2. Overseeing the quality of Bulk, Intermediate and finished products and process of their manufacture 3. Weighing and Dispensing of raw materials. 4. Preparation and Outsource manufacturing of bulk and intermediate products (ampoules) 5. Overseeing the visual inspection and packaging of intermediate products into finished products 6. Training of operators and technicians on machinery operation, cleaning, gowning, packaging processes, GMP requirements and clean room behavior. 7. Recipe and routing creation and batches completion on Oracle database software. 8. Quality coordinator between production department and quality assurance department regarding the preparation and handling of documents such as creation of SOPs, training cards, change control, deviation reports‡etc. 9. Participated in startup activities of sterile area such as Design Qualification and preparation of their protocols, commissioning operations, Installation Qualification, Operation Qualification and Performance Qualification of production machinery, 10. Preparation and writing of Standard Operating Procedures (machinery operation, flow of personnel, material and wastes, Packaging SOPs, cleaning and gowning SOPs) 11. Preparation of processing and packaging batch records, labels and logbooks
Qualifications B.SC in pharmacy
