Description The audit and advisory Services area is comprised of professionals that help clients understand the complexity of issues such as performance, privacy, risk, controls, and data analysis. The external audit services include: — Audits of Financial Statements, including reviews of quarterly financial information — Audits of internal control over financial reporting — Agreed Upon Procedure — Other attest related services Professional and Technical Responsibilities: — Assist in the planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements. — Assume responsibility for small components of engagements. — Demonstrate ability to plan and supervise engagements and people along with ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines. — Contribute to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel. — Establish and maintain strong network across other services within the Firm and is knowledgeable about the range of services offered by the Firm. — Recognize and communicate opportunities to sell )add-on) work to client and contribute to a positive team attitude. — Coach and develop Junior staff and provide them with performance feedback and career guidance.
Qualifications • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting with strong academic credentials • Minimum three years of experience, preferably experience with a Big 4 firm • Extensive knowledge of best practice reporting and international financial reporting standards • Experience in the financial services or an energy industry is an asset • Professional qualification in progress (CPA, ACCA, ESAA) • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing) • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
