Description Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of Production Planning to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Maintain regular contact with the production and packaging operations to ensure that there is effective coordination and that sales requirements are met. Follow up on the implementation of all refining / packing third parties and oil suppliers contracts with other manufacturing companies to secure the most commercially favourable terms for the company. Challenge the supply chain team on the best possible ways to honour the demand needs share the production plan Production Planning and analysis and assessing the performance of production lines / refining and all Manufacturing facilities Reporting the change in the production plan to take the necessary action with the production team Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account “international best practice, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement with the supply chain team Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet AICE and department requirements, policies and standards Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications Bachelor degree in a business-related field Advanced communication skills Strong Time management skills Ability to work under stress Bachelor degree in Logistics and supply chain experience in the supply planning field
