Monitoring the stock and managing the distributor working capital and controlling the distributor investment. 7. Monitoring calls, providing feedback to reps and assisting reps on sales 8. Assisting the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives, encourages and train the sales team and managing the daily operation to achieve the company goals.
