Description Implementation of Computer Aided Facilities Management System (load system with data; including technical details for projects, contracts, names, phone numbers, authorized representatives, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Physical Assets )- Monitor and Report with feedback the Work Flow Process of CFM Operations - Monitoring and control through the tracking of process deviations - Trouble shooting the application problems - system infrastructure enhancements - System application Trainer for the Service Desk and TIFM Coordinators - Analysis the Corrective Maintenance Requests for CFM Operations - Apply CFM Preventive Maintenance Plans on the System with its procedures and Steps - ARCHIBUS System presentations to CFM Clients
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Certified in project Management-preferred - Good command of English Language (Spoken and Written) - Good reporting skills - excellent computer skills
