Description —Manage a sales team and review their sales plan and achievements. —Manage strategic accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. —Develop new ideas and approaches to increase customer base and market share through gathering market & customer information —Prepare sales forecast, accounts status reports recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue increase —Handle all sales and support issues related to the clients to ensure optimum customer satisfaction with the variety of LINKdotNET NET products and services —Conduct daily Account Management meeting to define objectives, discuss progress, workflow and enhance collaboration between different departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications •Education (Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering or any other related field, SPIN Selling, Effective Selling Skills) •Experience ( min. 4 years of experience) •Skills (Very good spoken & written English & Arabic, capable use of sales systems and techniques, sales skills, ability to work under pressure, listening & communication skills)
