Description will create policies and procedures for all logistics activities including order management/order processing, shipments clearance, and all import and export operations. Supervising logistics team. Responsible for the development of logistics/delivery services, collaborate and build relationships with freight forwarders, logistics partners, regarding air, ocean, import, and export services to strengthen the company logistics/delivery services competitiveness. Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, Responsible for general compliance with all trading countries/partners (Rules & Documentation) Will work closely with finance to determine payment method and coordinate payable with suppliers, freight forwarders. Work with product managers and sales team to improve delivery services with customers.
Qualifications •Knowledgeable on Eco terms, Import / Export requirements, regulations and documentation. •Strong organizational skills are required and the individual must be, strategic, and innovative. •The individual must be proactive and sensitive to the time-critical nature of logistics plans and their execution and be willing / able to effectively expedite resolutions from internal and external personnel while maintaining strong rapport and open communication. This role requires an individual with the personality and ability to obtain cooperation without creating a climate of threat. A strong background in logistics, import and export operations is a must Financial background is a plus.
