Description 1. receive phone calls and act upon when necessary or convert to the appropriate manager. 2. conduct telephone communications required for business management. 3. Design and implementation of the system and save documents circulation and follow up the implementation of the while maintaining the companys secrets. 6. writing letters and memos and reports and follow-up until they are adopted and delivered and saved files. 7. explain the administrative policies and management procedures for all employees and monitor the implementation of these policies. 8. prepare all arrangements for travel plans and documents processing 9. send and receive all correspondence, both incoming and outgoing fax or E-View and organize incoming correspondence management director. 
Qualifications - English language proficiency. - Proficiency in the use of computers and fax. - Skills in communication and dealing with individuals. - Experience in secretarial work. - The ability to focus and good listening and addressing others. - confidence.
