Job Level Senior
To supervise the factory’s electrical preventive maintenance procedures necessary for the production lines in accordance to the set Maintenance plan, and make sure to follow the standards of quality, safety and occupational health. Responsible for Follow-up on the execution and completion of the set electrical preventive maintenance plan, through conducting periodic detection on the different production line sections and implementing the regular maintenance schedule. Supervise the repair of any defect or malfunction, ensuring the specifying of the main reason for the failure and take corrective actions required in as less time and cost as possible. He also provides technical assistance in cases of complex crashes and performs overhauls when needed. Distribute the maintenance work among the shift workers in accordance to the set plan and supervise them on the job. Review Maintenance Requests data and its attached comments as well as prepare monthly electrical maintenance reports with recommendations to avoid repetition of the malfunction. Follow-up and record the consumption of spare parts and review with the warehouses and prepare of specific management reports for this aspect. To evaluate technicians and prepare their technical training plan. Conduct performance evaluation sessions with direct subordinates on the set time and ensure that the performance appraisal process is time efficient and objective. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of the training plan designed for the development of the department.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, Minimum 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience within the FMCG manufacturing industry especially in Baking mixes, or chocolates, or cakes, or juices, or biscuits, or jam and/or tomato pastes. Highly initiative and Proactive. Moves despite obstacles. Aggressively target/results oriented: an Achiever. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Extremely organized and highly motivated.
