Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with general manager to penetrate, earn, and maintain business accounts. - Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. - Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers. - Handle key account that requires direct interaction and sales. - Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures. - Collaborates with management to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. - Create sales reporting system (documentations, database, reporting, and workflow) to ensure the work efficiency. - Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on Contracts. - Ensure compliance with the pricing policy, and payment methods decided by the company’s top management in addition to overall policies. -Collaborates with marketing department to establish sales promotion, events, and trade shows, and analyze their efficiency.
Qualifications -4 to 6 years experience in Corporate and H.O.R.I.C.A sales field, preferable in FMCG. -Networking, Leadership, strategic, and analytical thinking skills. -Innovative, problem solver, and excellent negotiator
