• Provide technical responses to product questions reported via channel partner support, or at times direct from customers. Support is delivered by email and telephone. • Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution • Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds • Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues • Provide product feedback to reduce the number of issues experienced by the customer • Back up and assist the sales team when they’re in the field delivering projects. • Prepare post-sales support material. • Responsible for the development of the consulting firms and governmental bodies to achieve long-term relationship. • Build up a professional specification know how, tools, database and Network. • Secure specifications of products and application solutions in all the relevant projects. • Develop strategic plans and high-level corporate relationships with the technical decision makers. • Regular planned calls to engineering firms, jobsite consultants and governmental bodies. • Responsible for preparing submittals, technical proposals, and conducting seminars. • Assist sales team to close sales opportunities, as well as proactively generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications • Excellent spoken and written communication skills. • Creative approach. • Good organizational and planning skills. • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. • Good business sense and budgeting skills. • Have an analytical approach to work. • Have high numeracy and technical skills. • Have problem-solving skills and initiative. • Have strong attention to details and an investigative nature. • Able to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
